During the day, guests will have the opportunity to participate in bespoke masterclasses, learning more about the delights of Italian food and drink – ideal for anyone with a passion for cooking and authentic ingredients.

This will include the Campari Negroni Masterclass, which will celebrate 100 years of the Negroni. Created in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni, Campari has been at the heart of the Negroni from the very beginning.  Learn the story behind Campari’s famous cocktails and how you can create them at home. In a one-hour masterclass with an Italian Campari Brand Ambassador, you’ll learn how to make an all-Italian  Negroni with O’ndina Gin, as well as twists on Campari’s most celebrated drinks like the Americano, Sbagliato and Boulevardier. The masterclass will take place at 8pm – places will be allocated on a first come first served basis (please note that spaces are limited).

More masterclasses will be organised during the day and will be opened to influencers (so keep your eyes open for celebrity chef Aldo Zilli and vloggers strolling around during the event ).
