Where and when is The Authentic Italian Table held?

The Authentic Italian Table is held on the 15th June 2019 at Shoreditch Gardens, The Geffrye Museum, 136 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8EA. The nearest stations are Hoxton, Liverpool Street and Old Street – approximately 2-10 mins walk from the venue.

What are the event opening times?

The Authentic Italian Table sessions are divided as follows:

·         From 13:00 to 15:30

·         From 16:00 to 18:30

·         From 19:00 to 21:30

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes access to the event during the selected session, two dish vouchers to use at our restaurants and one cocktail voucher OR one wine voucher OR one pint vouchers to use at our bars.

Can I leave the event site and come back in?

No. There is no re-entry to The Authentic Italian Table sessions.

How much are each of the dishes at the restaurants?

Most dishes at The Authentic Italian Table are priced £6.50. 

Pay with Contactless

You can use your credit or debit card (contactless or chip & pin) to purchase food from the restaurants and drinks from the bars at The Authentic Italian Table.

Cards will be accepted by all restaurants and participating bars at the event.

Please note that restaurants do not accept cash.

Will there be ATM facilities on site?

No, there will be no ATM facilities on site.

Can I bring my own food and/or drink?

No food or alcoholic drinks are permitted to be brought into the site premises. Bottled water is allowed. Bag searches will be in operation at the entrance to the event and any food or alcoholic drinks will be retained.

I have dietary requirements, will there be food for me?

During the event, the participating restaurants will serve some vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. All allergens will be clearly listed on the menus. 

Can I buy alcohol to take home?

Alcohol to take home such as wine, spirits and beer cannot be purchased on site as we are not permitted to allow visitors to leave the site with bottles.

Can children come to the event?

Children are allowed in when accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 years of age enter for free and do not require a ticket. 

Are pets allowed?

Guide dogs are permitted on site. No pets allowed.

Will the event be affected by unfortunate weather circumstances?

Unless advised by the local authority, the event will go ahead in all weather.

Is there a cloakroom facility?

Unfortunately, there is not cloakroom facility at the event.

What security measures are in place for The Authentic Italian Table?

We have the appropriate levels of cover in place following liaison with the venue. We ask you to remain vigilant, not leave any belongings unattended, not bring large bags to the event and allow additional time for security checks before entering The Authentic Italian Table.
