Prime Gelato is a traditional Italian ice-cream producer with the mission of providing the highest quality gelato made with real and fresh ingredients.

Mirko, the owner, graduated as a pastry chef from Accademia Italiana Chef and, in 2016, decided to open his own business in London, bringing together his passion and knowledge.
